Location: IVGSL Softball Field

Training: Focusing on correct body movement mechanics for throwing, fielding, first step (infield, Outfield), Infield/Outfield IQ, and approach to a positive/dominant mentality to help athletes perform under pressure or doubt.

Wednesdays

(June 11th, June 18th, June 25th, July 2)

Training:

• Strength & conditioning specifically on explosive jumps/lateral, body weight exercises, lower-half (leg Strength), rotational exercises, arm strength w/bands, medicine balls, and agility.

• Batting: Correct body movement, lower-half (legs) energy direct/transfer, develop a consistent barrel to ball swing, a dominant positive mental approach at the plate, develop fast twitch muscles/swing, and challenging batting drills.
